Making sense of evidence!

I want you to visit a website called History Matters, which gives some great examples of historians making sense of evidence.   You can actually listen to the historians talking about how they are interpreting primary sources (newspapers, songs, diaries, etc.).

Click here to go to History Matters.

A secondary source comes usually from a historian who is trying to describe a historical event through research, different points of view on the matter, and his observations. A secondary source doesn't come straight from someone or something directly involved.
